Multi product steroid manufacturing facility as per cGMP and quality management Systems ( ISO-8 /Class-100000 standard) Clean Room / powder processing is under construction.
The facilities range from a kilo scale to several 500 Kgs. Capacities with single batch size exceeding 500 Kgs for several API’s supported by dedicated R&D and well equipped Quality Control Laboratory.
- Classified Clean Rooms and Forced Draft Ventilation (FDV) driven Technical manufacturing areas for API’s and API Intermediates with cGMP and quality management Systems. 0 to 200⁰C.
- Production Block with Hast-alloy, Glass lined and Stainless steel reactors with Operation range capability from + 130 °C to - 65 °C.
- Quality Control Laboratory for R&D and Scale up for TTD
- Assembly of 100L & 200L for low volume.
- Rubber line as well as SS centrifuge with sparkler filter
- Tray dryer and Multi-mill
- Dedicated Quality Control Lab area
